To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as jewelry, sale items, or custom orders may be non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
- Pack the item securely and include all original packaging materials.
3. Return Shipping
- Domestic Returns: For returns within the country of purchase, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label, depending on the reason for the return.
- If the item is being returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to personal preference, you are responsible for the return shipping fee.
- International Returns: For returns from outside the country of purchase, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund Process

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
8. Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
